Tee Yoong Chong, Malaysian citizen, is Senior Manager in Aramis Training & Competences Service Line. He manages multiple training projects including design of training plans, preparation of training modules, development of operator training simulators (OTS), delivery of classroom, on-the-job (OJT) and simulator training. He promoted and developed Aramis Training & Competence Assurance System.

Tee brings over 15 years of international experience in process & production engineering and training projects management.

He joined Aramis in 2005 as process engineer and undertook multiple assignments in production technology, operating manuals and procedures, operations, methods and planning in Malaysia, Brunei, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, Iran, France, Philippines and Korea. He specializes in dynamic process simulation and computer based training (CBT) and undertook advanced training in project management prior to being promoted as Training & Simulation Project Manager. 

He started his career in 2001 as production engineer with Total in Brunei.

He holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering (ENSIGC Toulouse).
